What Is Neurofeedback?
Presented by Roxana Sasu
Thursday, August 25 2022, NOON PST
OVERVIEW:
In this webinar we will discuss about a non-invasive brain exercising technique, Neurofeedback and its ability to promote self-regulation and help improve symptoms related to specific nervous system dysfunctions. With Neurofeedback the brain learns to become calmer and more stable, which in turn improves overall function and allows it to achieve its maximum potential. Based on the specifics of the clinical presentation, individual areas are targeted with the training during sessions. Through repetition, the brain learns how to self-regulate and maintain gains over time. Neurofeedback has a wide clinical applicability and can be done in combination with other interventions, allowing patients to achieve even better clinical outcomes.
OBJECTIVES:
At the end of this 1-hour presentation, attendees will be able to:
1) Learn how to integrate Neurofeedback into your practice.
2) Understand what Neurofeedback is and how Infra-low Neurofeedback is different.
3) Have knowledge of the history and current use of Neurofeedback.
